Pierre G. Labrecque, M.D. - Cosmetic Surgeon & Board Certified Dermatologist
As a board certified Dermalologist and Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr. Pierre Labrecque is a visionary in his practice, establishing one of the first laser centers and medical spa on the Central Coast. He successfully merges the science of medicine, beauty, nature, and art in a 5,000 square foot medical spa environment called DermaSpaMED. This state of the art medical spa is dedicated to prevention, wellness, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery and laser medicine.
Skin cancer detection and treatment is a particular expertise that Dr. Labrecque brings to the practice, having served a residency at the famed Mayo Clinic. Dr. Labrecque's more than 25 years of clinical experience, coupled with state-of -the-art surgical care, places DermaSpaMED among the top technologically advanced dermatology centers in the country.

Charles Chalekson, M.D. - Board Certified Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon
Dr. Chalekson is a South Bay native, born and raised in Torrance, California. He attended UCLA as an undergraduate where he graduated with departmental highest honors and completed medical school cross town at USC with several distinguishing honors and awards. Dr. Chalekson then had the honor of being selected to attend one of the country's first 6-year plastic surgical residency programs in Illinois immediately after medical school as opposed to traditional 2-3 year training programs.
Dr. Chalekson has several published peer reviewed papers and has presented at many national and local plastic surgery meetings. He has won several honors and grants for his research and has been distinguished with the best presentation paper at the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation's senior resident meeting in 2002.
Dr. Chalekson is firmly committed to providing excellent quality plastic surgery and care. Your safety and satisfaction are his highest concern.
