Front Office
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional front office assistant for our Dermatology practice in Santa Maria, CA. The successful candidate will posses a pleasant phone voice, excellent manners and a genuine willingness to help. The person in this position performs all patient contact services including: receptionist, registration, phones, scheduling, medical records, data entry, patient services and other duties as assigned. The ability to multi-task in a fast paced office is critical to your success. Previous medical office experience is REQUIRED!
